Well if I were the ruler of a Dynasty I would strongly refer to confusism. I belive that respect would make my dynasty a peaceful, strong one. Plus it would be controlled, unlike Daoism might be, and it wouldn't be scary, like Legalism might be. I would also make a law stating all children need to either get an education or stay home and work. This way they would have a trade that they are good at for the future.
